Virtual Power Plant PlatformHero

Virtual Power Plant Platform

Aggregate scattered adjustable resources to sustain operations in demand response, power trading, and ancillary services.

Overview

The Virtual Power Plant Platform aggregates storage, charging networks, adjustable loads, and distributed generation scattered across parks, stations, and the grid side into a single "virtual power plant" that can be centrally dispatched and participate in power markets. Centered on resource modeling, market interaction, and revenue settlement, we help owners turn idle regulation capacity into operable assets — so every adjustable resource can join the grid at the right time and the right price.

Core Capabilities

Build virtual-power-plant capability that can join power markets around the aggregation, response, and trading of distributed resources.

01

Multi-Resource Aggregation

Unified onboarding and modeling of distributed generation, storage, charging networks, and adjustable loads, building resource profiles and adjustable-capacity assessment to pool scattered assets into a centrally dispatchable virtual power plant.

02

Demand Response

Receive and decompose grid and load-aggregation instructions, auto-orchestrate response strategies and track execution in real time, and auto-complete effect evaluation and revenue accounting after each response.

03

Power Market Trading

Support medium- and long-term trading, spot-market bidding, and settlement; optimize bidding strategy from load forecasting and price signals to lift market revenue and compliance.

04

Ancillary Services

Aggregate ancillary-service capacity such as frequency regulation and reserve, uniformly manage and dispatch various adjustable resources, and participate in grid frequency regulation and capacity support.

05

Capacity & Spot Optimization

For capacity markets and spot-price spreads, combine storage charge/discharge with load flexibility to auto-optimize cross-period arbitrage and capacity-bidding strategy.

06

Revenue & Contract Management

Account for and allocate revenue by resource, market, and contract to build traceable settlement invoices and asset registers, so every unit of regulation revenue is clearly accounted for.

Platform Architecture

Build a digitalization foundation that supports virtual-power-plant operations in layers — from resource ingestion to market interaction.

Resource Ingestion & Modeling

Resource Ingestion & Modeling

Connect storage, chargers, PV, and controllable loads; complete protocol parsing, resource modeling, and adjustable-capacity assessment to build a unified VPP resource foundation.

Aggregation Dispatch & Market Interaction

Aggregation Dispatch & Market Interaction

Provide resource aggregation, response orchestration, trading submission, and settlement, with unified connection to grid dispatch and power markets — the operational core of the virtual power plant.

Operations Monitoring & Display

Operations Monitoring & Display

Give operators resource posture, response tracking, market revenue, and alarm monitoring, closing the operations link from aggregation to settlement and forming end-to-end management.

Application Scenarios

Cover a wide range of typical virtual-power-plant scenarios, from load aggregation to energy services.

Park Load Aggregation

Park Load Aggregation

Aggregate adjustable loads such as park HVAC, lighting, and production lines to join demand response and peak shaving, turning idle regulation capacity into a revenue source.

Storage Aggregation Operations

Storage Aggregation Operations

Aggregate distributed storage to join frequency regulation, reserve, and spot arbitrage, with unified charge/discharge dispatch to lift total storage-asset returns.

Charging-Network Aggregation

Charging-Network Aggregation

Aggregate flexible load and ordered-charging capacity of charging stations to join grid interaction and demand response, balancing operations with grid friendliness.

Retail & Energy Services

Retail & Energy Services

Provide VPP operations support for retailers, parks, and energy-service providers, connecting the full chain from resource aggregation to market settlement.

Selection Guide

01

Are my resources enough to form a VPP?

Technically a single resource can be modeled and run, but commercial value depends on adjustability and observability: can it be remotely controlled, can adjustment magnitude and speed be estimated, is operational data complete. Storage, charging piles, and adjustable loads (HVAC, heat pumps) fit well; pure PV is more baseline, its value lying in coordination with storage. Do not be scared by a quantity threshold, look at quality first.

02

Can revenue be guaranteed?

No, and no one should. The platform does three things: build a revenue baseline from history, backtest strategies against historical prices, and set contingencies for volatility and performance deviation. Revenue is shaped by market price and policy; the platform gives analyzable decision inputs, not a guaranteed number. Keep predictable and guaranteed separate so expectations do not crash later.

03

Already have storage and charging stations — where to start?

Do not jump straight to market submission. Start with data onboarding, get resources and control links running, capture real operational data, then decide which market to enter and whether to self-operate or partner with an aggregator. Self-operation has the platform support submission and performance directly; partnership has it handle dispatch and execution while the aggregator submits and settles. Both models are fully supported, get it running before choosing the business model.
